MotoMan 6axis CNC machine

Just created a VBA program in Excel that converts Gcode to motoman programming code for the MRC.  The Motoman MRC is a dying breed when it comes to robotics but still has huge potential.  Basically if you set your CAM program properly you can potenitally create some great milling programs.  I'm giving it to anyone who wants it free of charge.  Just check out my blog for more versions of this program and some of the things i can do with it. plastic extruder

The plastic extruder. I ordered the heater core from www.makerbot.com because the hot glue gun didn't get hot enough to melt plastic. I also decided i wanted an external feeding system because i can save some weight on the end effector. I got the idea from MIG welding robots with a wirefeeder. The controls for this part is pretty simple: feed, and temperture control for the heater.
